The problem isn’t your effort. It’s your nervous system’s filter. When it’s set to threat, it literally cannot perceive the options in front of you — even when they’re obvious to everyone else. That’s not a mindset problem. That’s a physiological one.

At Tranceformations, we work from the ground up. Not mindset first — body first. A Simple Process to Create Lasting Results

Clear the Static

Most people try to change by pushing harder. But the real issue isn’t effort — it’s signal clarity. When your nervous system is stuck in threat mode, the static drowns out the signal. We start by identifying what’s generating the noise — not to analyse it, but to settle it. When the static clears, the signal was always there.

Settle the System

Your mind cannot think clearly when your nervous system is constantly on alert. Using simple somatic techniques, we help your body move out of threat and into a calmer, more stable state. Clarity begins when the system settles.

Shift the Frequency

When the system settles, something specific happens: you start perceiving differently. Not because the world changed — because your filter changed. Opportunities that were invisible from the state of threat become perceptible from the state of calm. This isn’t mindset work. It’s calibration.

Calibrate the Compass

Instead of chasing outcomes, we focus on finding the felt sense of direction that’s already in your body. Your inner compass — the somatic signal that tells you when you’re on course and when you need to adjust. You don’t adopt a new identity. You stop drowning out the one that’s already there.

Recognise What Was Always There

As the filter recalibrates, things that felt stuck start to move — not because the world changed, but because you’re finally perceiving it accurately. Decisions come more easily. The right things get your attention. And the work — and the life around it — starts to feel like it makes sense again.

I’m Damian Appleby.
