How to use this practice:

  1. Find a quiet spot – sitting or lying down.
  2. Optional: Hold a small object (a stone, a key, a cup) or simply rest your hand on your body.
  3. Press play – follow my voice. No need to relax or “do” anything special. Just listen and notice.
