Free. No card. We’ll email you the link to your session, plus a short note each time a new session opens. That’s it. No sales emails unless you ask for them, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
Does this sound familiar?
- You check the balance. You know what’s there. A minute later, you check again.
- You tap your card at the register, and your chest tightens while it processes. You checked before you got in line.
- Money lands in your account, and something in you can’t settle until it’s gone again. On something. On anything.
- You’ve done the work on your money mindset. It makes sense in your head. It just hasn’t reached the rest of you.
If you’ve listened to the episodes, you’ve met the part of you that keeps watch over money. It learned to do that at a time when watching mattered. It’s still doing its job, even now that the numbers have changed.
Breathing Room doesn’t ask it to stop. It gives it some company.
What you get
Breathing Room is the first session in Beyond the Balance, a new approach to financial abundance.
- About ten minutes. Eyes open or closed. Nothing particular you need to feel.
- Use it when money worry hits, or on a calm day, so your body already knows the way when it needs it.
- One breath you can take anywhere. You leave with something small you can use in the checkout line, at the banking app, or with the envelope in your hand. Nobody around you will notice.
- Three more sessions over the next ten days. More sessions are on the way. We’ll email you when the next one opens.
If you’ve worked with the law of attraction
You’ve heard that the feeling matters. Breathing Room is a way to find that feeling in your body, not just in your thinking. It doesn’t replace what you know. It’s the part you can feel.
Who’s behind it
I’m Damian, host of the Somatic Abundance podcast. For years I supported people through some of the hardest money moments there are: bankruptcy and insolvency. I worked on the emotional side, never the finances.
What stayed with me was how often the worry outlasted the problem. The debt got cleared. The salary went up. And the body kept bracing anyway. Breathing Room is where I’d start.
Questions
Is it really free? Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.
What if I don’t feel anything? That counts too. Some days the feeling is clear. Some days it’s like the hum of a fridge: there all along, and easy to miss.
What emails will I get? The link to your session, and a short note when each new session opens. Nothing else, unless you choose to hear about more.
Is this financial advice? No. It won’t tell you how to budget, invest or pay anything down. It’s about how money feels, not what to do with it.
What if money is genuinely tight right now? Breathing Room can still help with the feeling, but please get practical support first. In the US, a non-profit credit counselor through the NFCC is free. In the UK, try StepChange or Citizens Advice.
