Before you press play, just one thing. This isn’t a relaxation exercise, and it isn’t a meditation. It starts somewhere familiar — a somatic practice you may have used before — but it doesn’t end there.
The debrief at the end lands somewhere most somatic work never goes. I’d ask you to stay with it rather than moving on the moment the audio finishes. Just give it two or three minutes to settle.
