The Signal Beneath the Schedule
So — you made it to session two. And something may have already started.
If you’ve been using The Garden practice, you’ll already have a felt sense of the state we’re going to work with today. If you haven’t — do the practice first, even once. It genuinely matters.
This session goes further than session one. We’re not working with stress or performance today. We’re going underneath that — into what your body has been carrying, quietly, about the direction of your life.
There’s a moment in the practice where I’m going to ask you to hold a question. Not a work question. Something more personal. You don’t have to have an answer ready. Your body will bring whatever needs to come.
Stay with the whole session. The debrief at the end lands something important.
