This is the session I’ve been building toward. Sessions one and two were about listening — learning to hear what your nervous system has been saying underneath your days.
This one takes everything you’ve felt across the series and points it in a completely different direction. Not backward. Not inward. Forward.
There’s a technique in this session I call somatic prototyping. You’ve been practising the state it uses across the last four audios without knowing it. Today we use it deliberately.
